MISS
Whether or not Ottawa decriminalizes possession of marijuana, smoking
it will still be stupid. If you think filling your lungs with pot
smoke isn't bad for your health, you are hallucinating.
But Statistics Canada reported last week 12.2 per cent of Canadians
smoked pot in the previous year, up from 6.5 per cent in 1989. How
little we've learned from the cigarette plague. The tobacco firms must
be smiling.
