RIGHT TO CHOOSE

Your recommendation against Detroit's Proposal M lacks compassion and
perspective. It appears your basic problem is that the proposal may
allow nonmedical use because it is not written "tightly" enough for
city code. I guess the Free Press fears that medical users may "share"
with their friends? How disingenuous can you get?

Marijuana, at the very least, serves as a palliative for these people.
Is it really too much to allow them the freedom to choose their
medicines without fear of criminal prosecution?

Vote yes on Proposal M.
