CHANGE NEEDED

While Detroit's Proposal M may be slightly flawed, it is not so flawed
that it should be voted down. A change in city code is needed to help
patients and to pressure Congress to allow states to set their own
laws in regard to medical marijuana. Proposal M could be modified by
the City Council without much effort, keeping the intent and
compassion of the proposal intact.
