DRUG TASK FORCE BUSTS POT-GROWER

FRISCO - Last Monday, the Summit County Drug Task Force received a Crime
Stoppers tip that someone was growing marijuana at a Teller Street
residence in Frisco. It panned out.

The officers found 82 marijuana plants and 28 grams of bulk marijuana. They
also found drug paraphernalia, three weapons, a psilocybin mushroom grow, a
vial of LSD and unidentified pills.

Within 24 hours of the tip, officers had investigated the location at
[deleted], looked up the location's water and electricity usage and
obtained a warrant.

On July 20, task force members descended on the location - the home and
business of [deleted].

[deleted] was arrested on charges of possession of LSD, possession of LSD
with intent to sell, possession of psilocybin mushrooms, possession of
psilocybin mushrooms with intent to sell, cultivation of psilocybin
mushrooms, distribution of marijuana, cultivation of marijuana and
possession of more than eight ounces of marijuana.

Officers also arrested [deleted] on charges of conspiracy to cultivate
marijuana and possession of more than eight ounces of marijuana.

[deleted] is scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 18.
