DECRIMINILIZATION NOT SCARY
ROB HILDEBRANDT paints a pretty scary picture of a Canada where
possession of small quantities of pot becomes a non-criminal offence.
The fact is, the day after this happens will look just like the day
before because Canadians who choose to smoke marijuana do so without
regard for the law as it stands. And to call it immoral is a bit of a
stretch in a society that allows drinking, gambling and smoking, and
governments that create revenue from all three.
