If crack users want rights, they should get off crack and join the
rest of society. What's next? Should we designate a neighbourhood in
Vancouver where these criminals can openly steal to support their
disgusting habit without having to worry about the law?

I cannot believe there is an organization called the Rock Users Group.
These people should concentrate on ways to keep youth away from crack
and get those who are addicted off the drug rather than opting to
fight for a safe place for these drug addicts to get high and
eventually die. I can only assume the taxpayer will be expected to pay
for this ridiculous idea.
