BENEFITS OF LEGALIZING DRUGS
Let me wholeheartedly second Peter Moskos' motion to legalize drugs to stop
the killing.
A thorough national debate should focus on the benefits and the detriments
of legalizing drugs.
Will we study it? Unlikely. Will we continue to spend billions to no avail?
Yes.
Will the killing continue?
