ANOTHER COP DISMISSED FOR GRAVE MISCONDUCT

A Bacolod policeman was dismissed from the service for grave
misconduct because of the drug cases filed against him.

Police Officer 2 Harold Villagracia has been excluded from the roster
of the Bacolod Police Office after the Police Regional Office 6
ordered him dismissed from service effective yesterday.

His dismissal was confirmed by Senior Supt. Vicente Ponteras, Bacolod
Police director.

Villagracia was formerly assigned at the Police Precinct 7, but
sources said he has not rendered service to the station for a long
time now.

He was earlier suspended for allegedy stealing shabu from the Crime
Laboratory of the BCPO in December last year, during which he was
found positive for using the same substance.

He again tested positive for drugs during a random drug testing held
early this year.

Because of the complaints lodged against him, former Bacolod Police
director, Senior Supt. George Bajelot, had tagged him as drug user.

Villagracia will be ordered to surrender his firearm and other
properties of the Bacolod police, police sources said.

Late last month, PO3 Edwin delos Santos Yulo, was also ordered dropped
from the rolls by the Police Regional Office for drug cases, and for
going AWOL (Absent Without Official Leave) from the service.

Yulo was also found positive for the use of shabu during a random drug
testing with Villagracia. He is now charged for neglect of duty for a
similar offense, and conduct unbecoming for a man in uniform, and for
having tested positive for the illegal substance.
