WHY HELP CRACK USERS 'GET EVEN MORE SICK?'

This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of. The government
should definitely take a serious stand on addiction. Instead of
feeding these people, it should be providing them with assistance to
clean themselves up.

People who are addicted to drugs aren't able to get help unless they
want help. So why provide them with a safe place to get even more sick?

Get tougher on these people and make them more accountable.
