WANTED DRUG DEALER NABBED

AGENTS of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency arrested one of
Metro Manila's most wanted street-level drug dealers during an
anti-narcotics operations in Caloocan City that resulted in the
seizure of shabu worth P160,000.

PDEA chair Undersecretary Anselmo S. Avenido Jr. identified the
suspect as Crisanto de la Pena.

Avenido said the suspect was arrested by operatives of the PDEA Metro
Manila Regional Office headed by Senior Supt. Orlando M. Mabutas while
selling 80 grams of shabu to an undercover officer on Galaxy corner
Nissan street, in Brixton Ville, Camarin, Caloocan City last Saturday.

Charges of violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive
Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 have been filed against the suspect.
