FREE HEROIN FOR ADDICTS IN VANCOUVER

Now we have a free heroin program that Ottawa has approved. What happened
to the free cocaine and crack, ecstasy and methamphetamines . . . how about
free prostitutes for all the sex addicts?

We are letting things get out of hand. Just because the laws have to change
in order to keep our courts freer from pot charges does not mean that we
have to go totally crazy. What are we thinking?
