THIS IS PATHETIC'

So the government will use the money I give them to pay for crack
kits, to package them and for someone to hand them out; while at the
same time they cut back funding to the Addictions Foundation of
Manitoba, people die in ERs waiting to see a doctor and the length of
waiting lists are still a problem. This is pathetic.

Handing out these kits is a Band-Aid, it doesn't fix the problem.
Educate these people if they want help, tell them what clean supplies
to get and how to use them. If they want to get clean, help them find
a place to recover, at the user's cost.
