Re: Tax-paid crack kit (Katie Chalmers, Aug. 26). Whoever came up with the
idea that handing out free crack pipes will decrease the spread of HIV and
hepatitis C must be a crackhead themselves.
Handing out pipes is not only a very stupid idea, but it can be
enticing to young people to try crack if they are able to access free
paraphernalia.
What's next? Solvent abusers getting free fire extinguishers?
