JUST SAY NO TO ANARCHY

The Province suggests that the alternative to not enforcing the
criminal laws against cannabis sales is anarchy. Despite criminal laws
against heroin possession, Vancouver has invested millions of dollars
in the safe-injection site as a harm-reduction experiment in the Four
Pillars program. The result has been a reduction in anarchy on the
sidewalks and alleys. I believe that Da Kine is a worthwhile
harm-reduction experiment that will actually create city revenues
instead of costs.
