BLACK CANDLE QUOTE IS A LIE
THE LETTER from R.A. Campbell-Ward published in the Aug. 30 Sun
angered me. The letter states that the reason that marijuana remains
illegal is quite straightforward, then quotes from the Black Candle, a
book written almost a century ago, which was totally dishonest. In
fact, the quote in his letter is a lie.
