'AS A COUNTRY, WE'RE VERY FORWARD-THINKING'
We're very liberal-minded in this city. Stores and businesses that
cater to marijuana smoking are a good thing. Tourists are coming here
because of it. More money should be spent on dealing with hard drugs
and treatment for hard drugs, such as cocaine and heroin.
