'AS A COUNTRY, WE'RE VERY FORWARD-THINKING'
Solicitor-General Rich Coleman says people are driving into a
neighbourhood, buying and smoking marijuana and then driving away. He
says this is unacceptable. But it apparently is acceptable to have
people driving into a neighbourhood, buying alcohol and driving away
in their cars.
