DA KINE PART OF HARM REDUCTION

My mother-in-law has terminal cancer. I visited Da Kine to buy
marijuana, as we have found it helps her appetite and allows her to
get to sleep easier. I welcomed not having to search the streets for
it.

The freedom to buy pot in an open environment, knowing your money is
not going to support a gang, was liberating.

I urge Vancouver City Council to follow a course of harm reduction.
Take control of our city streets back from the gangs, who are the only
ones profiting now.
