I suggest a survey be taken at any emergency room in any hospital in
B.C. I guarantee they will be lucky to get a five-per-cent
satisfaction rating.

How long are taxpayers going to put up with this flagrant misuse of
our dollars for less than .01 per cent of the population while the
remaining 99.9 per cent suffer in ER's across the province?
