FREE NEEDLES AND SYRINGES IN NEW SCHEME
A new scheme offers drug users a free replacement syringe and needle
in return for a used one.
The "one-for-one scheme" was officially launched in Christchurch by
the Associate Minister of Health Jim Anderton, who secured $1 million
for the project in the last budget.
