Targeting individuals who house illegal marijuana grow operations can
only be a good thing when such criminals steal an estimated $80
million a year in electricity.
But how carefully did Community Safety Minister Monte Kwinter
consider the poor old lady whose power supply is being intercepted
when he announced hydro officials will soon be able to cut off power,
without warning, to suspect Ontario homes?
We say just call the fuzz and let them spoil the buzz.
