POT HELMET?

An interesting editorial on pot, although I agree with Sen. Larry
Campbell that a possession conviction should result in a fine, not a
criminal record.

If it's really shown to be so hazardous to our health, the government
can do what it normally does in these situations -- pass a law
requiring use of a helmet.
