LEGALIZE MARIJUANA TO REGULATE IT

Re: Ron Fraser's outstanding column. Marijuana use never has caused a
death. However, marijuana prohibition is very dangerous because then
marijuana is sold only by criminals. They often sell dangerous drugs and
offer free samples to marijuana customers.

We need to regulate and control marijuana sales. Only legal products can be
regulated and taxed by our government. Nonusers should be much in favor of
taxing a product they don't use.
