PC CHARGED WITH OFFERING CANNABIS
A police officer has appeared in court charged with offering to supply
controlled drugs.
Andrew Jackson, 44, spoke only to confirm his name and date of birth at
Salford Magistrates Court.
Pc Jackson is based at Stockport police station and faces two charges of
offering cannabis to Liam Gregory Hall between January 2001 and March 2004.
He was granted bail and must appear at Manchester Crown Court for a further
hearing on 6 December.
