GIVE HELP, NOT HANDOUTS
I can't believe we're handing out free crack-smoking kits to addicts
in Vancouver. We shouldn't be helping these people sustain their
addictions -- we should be helping them clean up.
What's next? Free booze for alcoholics?
These people need help, not handouts!
If there is money available, we should use it in a more constructive
manner than this.
