STONED DRIVERS ARE IMPAIRED DRIVERS
Maybe pot smokers don't speed, but the bottom line is they're still
impaired. They're in an altered mental state and therefore should not
be driving vehicles.
The way to stay safe on the roads is to be hyper-aware at all times,
something that is not possible while on marijuana, which is known to
affect reflex time.
