WHY IS CANADA GOING TO POT? BECAUSE WE'RE ALL STUPID

Anne McLellan tells us that people who smoke pot are stupid ("Is a
mellow driver a better driver?: Pot or alcohol, an impaired driver is
a danger, say police, MADD Canada," The Journal, Nov. 3).

According to Statistics Canada, 30 to 50 per cent of Canadians aged 15
to 24 have used marijuana and more than two million smoke marijuana
recreationally. I had no idea we were living in a country full of imbeciles.

It's a good thing our MPs in Ottawa who drink alcohol regularly know
where to draw the line between clever and stupid.
