PARENTS SHOULD BE MONITORING THEIR KIDS

Since the police and school (Herman) refuse to act on this (pot
smoking), it is time for the parents. Monitor the actions of your
kids, for the school apparently cannot.

As for the police, where are they? Let our kids be free to play in an
area where they won't have to be exposed to this.

Thank God you mean parents are going to start being parents again and
stop expecting everybody else to take care of your kids.
