LUNCH, GAMES, EDUCATION AT DRUG AND ALCOHOL AWARENESS WEEK

You are invited Nov. 14-20 to participate in Drug and Alcohol
Awareness Week.

Join KDC Health, John Howard Society North Island and the Community
Alcohol and Drug Action Committee (CADAC) for a Drug and Alcohol
Awaeness Fair.

The Awareness Fair will take place on Tuesday, Nov. 16 from 10 a.m.-2
p.m. at the Thunderbird Hall. Various social service agencies and
organizations will have information tables to educate the community on
the services available in Campbell Rver..

There will be a panel of speakers from 11 a.m.-12 noon talking about
their personal stories of use and recovery. Lunch is provided and
there will be games. Come out and experience the beer goggles, which
simulates impaired driving.

This is a community event open to community members of all ages and
teachers and school classes are being encouraged to visit the
awareness fair.

We are all touched by drug and alcohol use/misuse either directly or
indirectly - come out and learn more. If you have anyquestions or
