EMPLOYEE DRUG USE
Re: CEOs Fear Reefer Madness, Nov. 22.
Trying to prohibit drug use does nothing but make the problem worse.
Yet the Canadian Council of Chief Executives, representing 150
multinational corporations, is calling for drug law reform in Canada
to be stalled. I'm reminded of Henry Ford sending inspectors to Ford
employee homes looking for evidence of moral turpitude. Some things
never change. Too bad our corporate masters aren't as concerned with
their own burgeoning moral failings as they are with those of the hired
help.
