American ambassador Paul Cellucci and the CEOs must be smoking
something. Decriminalization is not the same as legalization;
possession of marijuana will still be illegal after the proposed
changes to the law. And when Canada's ban on trans fats comes into
effect next year, will the ambassador agree that the United States
should take similar steps to avoid border disruptions caused by
Canadian customs agents searching for contraband doughnuts?
