RE MARIJUANA GROW-OP SERIES

Re "Money goes up in toke," Nov. 28: Every house is connected to a central
hydro box, 10 to 20 houses per box. If a meter was installed on the central
boxes to record incoming power to the box and each house's power usage was
totalled, this should balance. If not, there is hydro theft going on, most
likely for pot grow-ops. It should be simple to check each house to find
the culprits. Of course, this solution is too simple for the police and the
hydro yahoo bureaucrats to think of. I for one, am sick and tired of seeing
a lost electricity charge on my hydro bill every month.
