RE MARIJUANA GROW-OP SERIES

Re "Grow-ops must be stopped," (editorial and recommendations, Dec. 1):
Didn't the police stop to think what would happen when they spent so much
time and money flying around in helicopters looking for and busting outdoor
marijuana crops? Didn't they realize it wouldn't be the end of it and
criminals would just go underground, or in this case into grow houses? I
thought they were the experts on criminal behaviour. Now we're all paying
for their lack of vision.

(Actually, indoor grow-ops were there all along, and now that cops can use
infrared vision to spot them by helicopter, they'll catch even more)
