RE MARIJUANA GROW-OP SERIES
Every one of your recommendations on grow-ops (Dec. 1) makes its mark. If
No. 8 (protect innocent landlords by allowing them to inspect their
properties regularly) is working in B. C. it should work here too. Due to
the value of properties in GTA, everyone who has his or her house rented to
someone else, gladly would use that right. It would help to clean up the
mess, no doubt about it.
