PROHIBITION CREATES BLACK MARKETS
I don't know where Janet L. Jackson learned to "dig up" facts, (Dec. 1) but
it seems she is turning up more manure than anything else in her column on
cannabis. Prohibition creates black markets that are attractive to
organized crime. When alcohol was re-legalized in the U.S., organized crime
was out of the business overnight.
