HISCOCK SHOULD STEP DOWN

After reading about the remarks made by Roy Hiscock at the December
Fallbrook Healthcare District Board meeting, I would like to recommend
that he step down from the board. His insensitive and foolish attitude
will lead to animosity among the board members and the residents of
Fallbrook. His remark, "I hate drunks and druggies; I think they
should all be shot," clearly indicates a lack of understanding and
compassion for people who have alcohol and drug addictions.
Fallbrookians deserve better.
