ONE STRIKE AND YOU ARE OUT.
Bus drivers have an obligation to everyone on the road to be sober when
they get behind the wheel of their vehicles.
But the priority of some drivers is obviously not maintaining a job or
ensuring public safety, or they would not drink and drive.
Mandatory and random drug and alcohol testing is in order.
Zero tolerance should mean no second chances. Most people would opt not to
get into the car with a drunk driver for any reason, and that means buses too.
