PRIVACY ISN'T THE ISSUE WITH CONS
To the Editor, I agree something is wrong with the court system. It's no
longer OK to test convicts for illegal drugs (Drug testing ruling off-base,
Dec. 28). Privacy has nothing to do with it. It all boils down to the lack
of interest to gain proof to toss a convict back in jail for possession of
a controlled substance.
