FOUR PILLARS BEST SOLUTION

I support a safe injection site along with adopting the four pillars
approach because I think it will have a positive impact on the
community. The experience of other cities shows less crime, reduced
hospitalization rates and acceptance of treatment.
Addiction is a disease and should be treated humanely.
