SYMPATHY PLOY
Funding - Two questions should be posed regarding this tragedy: if
marijuana were legalized, would this ever have happened, and is there
any proof whatsoever this incident involved a grow operation?
It is certainly in the RCMP's interest to use grow ops as a scapegoat
to try and garner public sympathy for increased funding.
