LET US COUNT THE WAYS WE KILL OURSELVES
Some numbers:
Deaths at Hiroshima: 66,000.
Deaths in Iraq: more than 100,000.
Deaths on 9/11: about 2,700.
Annual:
Deaths from tobacco: about 435,000.
Deaths from obesity: about 365,000.
Deaths from alcohol: about 85,000.
Deaths from illegal drugs: 17,000.
Deaths from marijuana: zero.
The only one that is a result of someone else against us is the 9/11
figure. The others are either done to us by ourselves or done to others by
us. To quote Pogo Possum, "We have met the enemy and he is us!"
