DON'T FOLLOW U.S. EXAMPLE
If Canada cracks down hard on grow-ops, you can expect many more RCMP to
die.
If you want an excellent example of how not to deal with drug policy,
observe the U.S.
The U.S. has dramatically increased its drug-enforcement budget over the
past 35 years and has the highest incarceration rate of any nation in
history.
It hasn't worked. Illegal drugs are just as available today as they were in
1969.
