THE DANGERS OF MARIJUANA
Re: Marijuana Reform Must Go Further, editorial, March 7.
As a septuagenarian who enjoyed smoking tobacco for some 60 years but who
has never tried marijuana, I believe that those who advocate its
decriminalization should simply shout "Prohibition" from the rooftops. This
may remind those who oppose marijuana reform of the utter futility and
waste of resources that policy inflicted on North American society.
