LEGALIZATION WOULD END GROW OP BUSTING
In the article "Pot shots slam Grits" (March 6), Garth Goodhow makes
a connection between the legalization of pot and the deaths of four
Mounties. Although an extremely hard-to-swallow event, I don't see a
connection -- especially if police no longer seek out pot-growing
operations which could be profitable for many. Let's not criticize the
possibilities of a drug that can be produced all-natural and which may
be no worse than Celebrex or Vioxx -- which were allowed to enter the
market while still under review.

have been taken off the market, or had their use restricted)
