ACTIONS PLUS BEHAVIOUR EQUAL CONSEQUENCES
I am disgusted by comments made by the media that four Mounties in
Alberta would not have been slaughtered by a sniper if marijuana were
legalized.
What sort of country are we growing to make absurd comments like
that?
What ever happened to self-control, discipline and individual
accountability?
Do we even know what these things are anymore?
I have two young children and every day they are bombarded with moral
and behavioural dilemmas, which are mostly simple.
As parents/caregivers, we are trying to teach the correct and proper
responses to civilized questions.
Whether or not these responses are Christian, Judiac, Islamic,
Criminal Code or the laws of nature, we are constantly having to
influence proper behaviour into their beautiful little minds.
If we didn't, there would be no end to well-meaning people offering
comments on their upbringing.
What excuse is justifiable for killing, stealing or sexual
misconduct?
Actions plus behaviour equal consequences.
When did this stop being the case?
