NO 'FAIR TRADE' IN DRUG SMUGGLING
I am disturbed by the idea that individuals are responsible for the actions
of drug mules because they use the products that they smuggle. Those who
are primarily to blame are the lawmakers who continue to support the war on
drugs ... and maybe second to blame are the drug users, but only if they
are guilty of not doing their part in helping end this futile struggle.
