Re: City's crack pipe program 'enables' drug use: police chief, April 2.

I find it hard to understand why we must now supply addicts their
crack-cocaine pipes because of the concern of spreading disease with
saliva? So along with finding needles all over the place, our children
will also be finding these pipes. If this is the case what are we
doing about the addicts passing around beer and liquor bottles,
cigarettes or coffee cups?

Come on, let's focus on treating the addiction.
