DRUG DEBATE CONTINUES
To the Editor:
I read with interest three letters in the April 4th edition of your paper.
They all debase the heartfelt letter written by Joyce Roth in the March
28th edition. In her letter, Roth outlined her concerns about the dangers
of drugs. Some of them from personal experience within her own family.
Thank you Joyce for taking the time to warn the Canadian public about the
devastating drugs, including the dangerous drug marijuana, which is
available to our youth.
It appears that your warnings struck a raw nerve in the pro-marijuana
apologist lobby. This resulted in the surfacing of the pro-marijuana "heavy
hitters"with their "bafflegab".
Parents do you care what happens to our youth? Support your community and
police in their effort to protect our youth.
