FREE BEER

The City of Ottawa is giving out free crack pipes to crack addicts.
This is not fair to us serious beer swillers. I am addicted to beer
and if I don't get my fix I get hopping mad and cranky.

I do not make a lot of money and the $36 a case for beer is leading me
to the poorhouse. I demand that the City of Ottawa start giving out
free cases of beer to us beer addicts.
