A CRACK IN THE LOGIC
Re: Council keeps crack pipe program, April 22.
I find it amazing that the City of Ottawa is giving free syringes and crack
cocaine kits to drug addicts while my son and husband, both of whom are
type 1 insulin-dependent diabetics and need insulin to live, must purchase
their own syringes and diabetic supplies. Something is not right with this
picture.
